Yes you can. We need to assess this with a 3D scan to make sure you have enough bone to remove the tooth and place an implant at the same time. If the implant is firm enough, we can place a temporary crown on top of it so you will not need a denture or a bridge whilst the area is healing.

In some instances, you can have 2 implant screws with 4 crowns joined as a bridge attached to it. Your dentist will give you specific instructions on how often you need to wear your retainers. Typically, you wear your first set full time, then based on your doctor’s recommendation you may gradually reduce how much you wear them until you only wear them at night.
